Yes, all perfumes come packaged and sealed the same way you would see them in other retail outlet. Unless specifically stated otherwise
Any order placed after 12:00 will be processed the following day. Orders will then take 3 working days to deliver after processing in urban areas and 5 working days to rural and non-metropolitan areas
Payments
We use PayFast as a payment aggregrator, which allows use to accept VISA, Mastercard, EFT and wide variety of other payment methods. The only payment method, we do not accept is Cash on Delivery
Yes, we do
Sales tax (VAT) is included in the price of the perfume, so there’s no need to concern yourself with any addsitional line item that might be added to your checkout. The price you see is what you will pay
Shipping & Returns
We only do exchanges. The only time a refund will be applicable is if the item that you want exchanged is out of stock
Refunds are processed after 21 working days
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been sent out. That is to say no later than 18:00. If the order was placed after 10:00 on the same day
